Modules / One
Roll Length - Weight
Calculate the length of substrate remaining based on the roll weight. Roll Data saves information on your common substrates and can be loaded directly into this module to save time.

Roll Length - Diameter
Calculate the length of substrate remaining based on the roll diameter. Use digital callipers to determine thickness (μm). Alternatively stacking pieces of substrate and dividing by the amount can offer an approximate calculation.

GSM

Calculate the grams per square meter for substrates. Can be used to fill in Roll Data information to save or if you need to determine the GSM of a sample from a customer.

Weight
Calculate the weight of substrates. Presets are available for common sizes and substrates.
Included are options to multiply and divide the result. One use is to calculate the weight of one A4 book with 10 leaves, multiplied by 1500 books, divided by 20 boxes will give the weight of each packed box.

Stacked Height
Calculate the total height of stacked substrate. Uses include working out the spine height for perfect binding, the height of a box required to pack a printed order or the height of a pallet with rigid sheets.

CMYK Mixer
Input percentage values and display CMYK colours. A quick tool to figure out colour variation when colour matching.

Roll Data
Create and save information of substrate media including roll width, core weight, GSM and thickness. Used for determining roll length or weight calculations.

Edge Marks Offset
Calculate the width offset of the cutter marks so they appear on the edges of the media. Useful when printing on 1370mm clear media in reverse and backing up with 1220mm white backed vinyl. Cutter marks are left uncovered on the edges of substrate for quick finishing.

Center Align Offset
Calculate the center alignment offset. Used when printing double sided rigid sheets without adjusting print margins and offset.

Keder Banner
Calculate the size of the print required to fit keder sail track installations.
Note: This formula has not been tested thoroughly.

Flat Pocket
Calculate the size of the flat pocket required for the specified diameter of pole. Used for banner installations.

Print Speed
Calculate the square meter rate per hour of the printer.

Tasks
A simple module to add and mark off notes, tasks and reminders.

Percentage Resize
Calculate the size of a print resized by percentage or calculate the percentage difference between two sizes.
Modules / Two
Cubic Weight
Calculate the cubic weight of an item to determine if it will be charged at volumetric or dead weight. To calculate the sum for multiple items, click 'Add' to add the item to the list.

Track & Trace
Input the connote or tracking number to link directly to the couriers website for delivery information. By default, tracking number will be auto detected otherwise select service from drop down menu.

Route Plan
Plan multi-stop routes for up to 3 drivers across 7 days.
Select route plan and enter delivery information including business name, reference, notes and driver price. Internal freight price and notes can also be added for reporting. Total driver price and net income will be automatically calculated.

Manage Plans
Export completed plans to forward to delivery drivers plus save daily and weekly reports. Plans keep all records and information in a simple list with links to Google maps.
Perform search queries to quickly find previous information saved in driver runs and reports.

Route List
Manage and modify deliveries that have been added from the Route Plan. Reorder, organise, transfer and set pricing for all deliveries. The plan can be exported to Google maps to optimise and confirm routing.

Labels
Easily and quickly create professional and consistent order labels for your drivers, installers and customers. The label function automatically adds the item number tag and your own company logo and details. Designed to be used primarily with A6 thermal labels.
The address book allows you to save and load frequently used labels.

Weight & Stacked Height
Combines the functionality of the weight and stacked height modules. Select from the presets or input gsm and thickness values. To calculate the sum for multiple items, click 'Add' to add the item to the list. The module has been designed for working out complex freight quotes.
Modules / Three
Print Cost - Sqm/Click
Calculate material cost for print orders based on square meter rate and ink usage or switch to paper and click charge rate.

Print Area
Calculate the total and individual print area for up to 20 different measurements.

Imposition Layout
Calculate the number of prints that will fit imposed in a specified size. Alternate use for packing boxes or arranging items on a pallet for quoting freight.

Sequential Number Sets
Workout the number of pages that have to be added to a document to keep consistent numbering across the sheet. Used primarily for tear-away/padding jobs when imposing sequential numbers to print down the stack - unique collate & cut (Fiery) or distribute by job (HP Indigo DFE).

Card Stacks
Calculate how to best impose business cards with various amounts on one sheet. Quicly cut as individual stacks insteading of having to separate multiple orders. Enter the amounts, N up and Sheets to calculate totals. The Add<85 and Add<100 method will add a stack to the amount if there's space on the imposition and the output is less than 85% or 100%.

QR Code
Generate QR Codes quickly and easily. Supports URL, phone, email and Google map links. QR Codes are exported as PNG images with sizes up to 2000px

Imposition Canvas
A visual display for imposing more complex size prints on standard substrates. Can also be used to aid in packing and freight quotes.
Length x Width x Quantity of items.

Modules / Four

Format Order Data
Strip out and format large sections of data line by line. Highlight multi-line job information and paste into input to format specific data, specifically job number, title and customer to be used in custom labels. Saves time having to copy and paste specific elements from database lists.

Format Tracking Data
Similar to Order data with the specific function of automatically stripping out tracking numbers. Options are available to add the complete URL to load directly to the couriers delivery status page plus customise formatting. Copy and paste complete shipment history data from the couriers website and specify title and reference lines to quickly create manifests.

Utilisation
Example 1:
Work out how many boxes are required to pack 30,000 A5 Flyers on 200gsm.

By working this out ahead of time we can
-have all the required information instantly
-use the information to plan ahead
-reduce double handling and time
-get freight quotes
-confirm stock levels before the job lands
-book the consignment earlier
-determine what size boxes and pallet/skid will best suit

Method:
Using the "Weight & Stacked Height" module, select the A5 size preset and the 200gsm preset. Type 30,000 for the quantity. This will give a total weight of 186.48kg and a combined height of 6300mm if all flyers where stacked in one pile.

Use the "Divide Weight" input to enter 32 (boxes) which will result in 5.8kgs per box - a reasonable amount per box.

A5 will fit as two stacks per 32 A4 boxes so enter 64 into "Divide Height" which results in a height of 98.4mm per box. The best fit will be 32 A4100 boxes which are 220x300x110mm.

Once you know how many boxes, use "Imposition Layout" to set out a 900x600mm skid as the substrate size, and enter the Print Size or in this case, the box size of 220x300. A result of 8 boxes in a 4x2 grid will fit on one level across the skid. With a total of 32 boxes required this will result in a skid 4 layers high, 110mm each, plus the skid of 150mm.

The total weight can be rounded up from 186.48kg to 200kg to allow for the skid and packaging. Empty boxes weighing around 200g plus the skid at around 10kg.

The total dimensions and weight of the skid will be (L)600mm x (W)900mm x (H)590mm and 200kg plus require 32 A4100 boxes.
